"I prefer going to see Tracy over every other physician in Leesville. She is extremely knowledgeable with an outstanding personality that is unrivaled. No matter what the situation her bedside manner put you at ease. Knowing you’re getting the care you need. While understanding and being spoken to you as an equal human being. I don’t know about y’all but I highly dislike medical staff treating me as if I am a child or uneducated. Tracy and the Sabine staff care for their all their patients as if their family."

"Dr. Crowe is not only the best pediatric doctor in the area, he is a great man! I have a special needs daughter that requires special attention to detail and Dr. Crowe is the ONLY pediatrician who has my confidence. I'll let the NP'S see her for a little cold or minor instances (not to take away from them because they are amazeballs too). If you have a child from 0-17 has the guy to see!"

"Every encounter I have had with this facility has been AMAZING even when the situation that we were facing wasn't. The nurses, assistants, NPs & Dr Crowe are all very pleasant. My 2 children ages (7 & 8) have been going to Dr Crowe since we moved down here from Indiana almost a year ago. The staff takes time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions & explain things very thoroughly. They not only comfort the parents during a rough time but the children as well. Anytime my children are due for their medication refills & we dont have an appointment all I got to do is call, leave a message & 95% of the time I get a call back within the same day.. unless I am call late in the day then sometimes I dont get a call back until the next morning but even then normally they will call me even shortly after hours & let me know it's been sent to the pharmacy or in the office ready for me to pick up the next morning (obviously that all depends on the medication)..."

"I love dr. Crowe, Hes been my pediatrician since my son was 6 weeks old. Not just the doc but the staff is always wonderful during his check ups and the tall blonde nurse that gives shots is AMAZING. She's so fast my son barely has time to yell before she has all the shots done. I feel like the staff listens when I have concerns :)

"I'm a mom of 2 and a fan (and that says a lot). I transferred to Dr. Crowe after literally trying every pediatric clinic in Lake Charles with no success. The facility is very nice and clean, although parking can get tricky at busier times (there is additional parking on the side). My experience with the receptionist has been great. She has been thorough in getting our information and switching insurances without any mistakes or unexpected bills. The nurses are quick to come and get us from the waiting area, and great with the kids and getting them to feel comfortable. We see Dr. Crowe, but we've seen others in a pinch (which is another great thing about this office...they always get us in same day or next day)...."

"Dr. Crowe is the doctor to see!

The facility is very clean. The rooms that you wait in to see the doctor can get a little stuffy due to lack of air flow to them. This is something that was oddly overlooked for a building built for the specific purpose of having people wait in those rooms.

We've always been seen quickly by Dr. Crowe, but not so quickly by the other doctors.

Edited: Removed comment about old staff that are longer employed at the facility. Added two stars, as Dr. Crowe is the best in town."

"Everyone is great. Except the ladies who answer the phones, they are so rude and hang up on people quite often."
